LINE BOTTLENECKS & QUALITY RISKS

Critical Challenges We Solve

High-speed packaging lines fail when consumables are treated as simple commodities. Here is how our engineering eliminates downtime:

01

Line Jams from Loose Dimensional Tolerances

Flange and rim variations as small as ±0.3mm cause cup drops to fail, jamming vertical magazine feeders and stopping the line.

02

Inconsistent Sealing Across Cavities

Thickness variations across tray rims result in uneven heat distribution, creating micro-leaks in multi-cavity sealing heads.

03

Static Cling in Stacking & Denesting

High static electricity causes cups or lids to stick together in stacks, dropping multiple units at once into conveyor pucks.

Line-Fit is Part of the Engineering Specification

On an automated line, the package has to match the equipment before it matches the drawing. Four critical parameters get settled first:

Equipment Constraints

  • Sealing & Capping WindowThe temperature, pressure and dwell time your machine needs for a reliable seal. That window belongs to the equipment and the film together, not to the film alone.
  • Releasing One Pack at a TimeCups and trays ship nested. At line speed the machine has to pull them apart singly — rim shape, wall taper and ribbing decide whether that works or jams the line.

Process & Distribution

  • Stacking Strength Under Cold LoadWall structure and resin toughness assessed at your real storage temperature. Ambient test results do not predict frozen performance.
  • Fill Temperature ToleranceHot filling and blast freezing deform the wrong polymer. The material is chosen against the temperature the pack actually sees.
